Ungainly add-on ramp / Attractive Easy Entrance

When Visitability is not incorporated at the time the home is  first constructed, problems arise.   For instance,  when a ramp must be added to an existing house, it often is ungainly, temporary and expensive, like this ramp in a typical neighborhood.

When access is incorporated into a new house, the entrance is aesthetically pleasing, sustainable and usually inexpensive.
This can be accomplished whether the house is built on a concrete slab or with a basement/crawl space.

Please support the Inclusive Home Design Act introduced in Congress by Rep. Jan Schakowsky
